Life-safety communication paths

Multifamily is where fragmented low-voltage scopes cost the most: five subcontractors, five schedules, five sets of as-builts, and a resident experience that nobody owns on day one. We carry the entire scope — from the riser backbone to the keypad on the unit door — so the general contractor coordinates one trade and the operator inherits one system.

The platforms are the ones residents and property teams already expect: iLOQ and ASSA ABLOY mechatronic cylinders, Latch, DOOR and ButterflyMX video intercom and smart access, ASSA ABLOY ACCENTRA door hardware, HID credentials, and enterprise video that integrates with the access platform. Because we also fabricate keys and design master key systems in-house, the mechanical and electronic sides of the building are planned together.
