Soccerex Miami — Where Sports, Real Estate & Technology Meet
Our team attended Soccerex Miami at Nu Stadium — the new home of Inter Miami CF at Miami Freedom Park — toured the stadium, hosted guests in our field suite, and saw firsthand how venues are becoming the center of much larger mixed-use districts.
Last month the Protection Technologies LLC team attended Soccerex Miami at Nu Stadium, the new home of Inter Miami CF at Miami Freedom Park. We toured the stadium, hosted guests in our field suite, and got a firsthand look at how sports venues are becoming the center of much larger mixed-use destinations.
Nu Stadium is just the beginning. Miami Freedom Park is part of a 131-acre district that will ultimately include public space, hospitality, retail, offices, and new transportation connections — an environment where technology, security, connectivity, and the fan experience all have to work together.
That same trend is happening across the country. Stadiums are increasingly anchoring residential, hospitality, retail, and entertainment development — exactly the kind of connected environments where we bring value through integrated security, access control, low-voltage infrastructure, and PropTech.
Our Florida and New Jersey teams are continuing that conversation at several upcoming events: the ULI Fall Meeting in Miami (Oct. 26–28, including tours throughout Miami and a post-ULI Inter Miami match on Oct. 28), RE+ 26 in Las Vegas (Nov. 16–19), the F1 Business Summit at Caesars Palace (Nov. 19), and the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix (Nov. 19–21).
If you’ll be at any of them, we’d love to connect. 🌎
