Protection Technologies LLC recently completed a walkthrough at 229 Willett Avenue in Port Chester, NY — a 100-unit residential development by Stagg Group — to see the progress firsthand.
The project includes on-site parking and residential amenities as part of a new six-story multifamily building. Our team provided the residential and common-area access systems, intercom, and garage access, working with ASSA ABLOY ACCENTRA® (formerly Yale Commercial) and ButterflyMX to bring the property’s technology together.
Seeing the systems come to life on-site is always a great reminder of the coordination that goes into delivering a connected resident experience — from the apartment door through the common areas and the garage.
