Protection Technologies LLC has officially started our scope of work at Meridia 151 in Hackensack, NJ — a new 210-unit multifamily development by Capodagli Property Company.
Partnering with DOOR and ButterflyMX, our team is providing access control for residential units and common areas, CCTV, and Area of Refuge systems throughout the property.
As multifamily developments continue to become more connected, our role is to bring security, life safety and PropTech together in a way that supports both property operations and the resident experience.
Partnering with Meridia has been great. We are the oldest vendor currently working with them, and we have completed every building with them. While everyone else is just talking about it, we are actually doing it.
We’re proud to be underway on another major residential development in Hackensack, and to work alongside strong technology partners as Meridia 151 continues to take shape. 🏢
