Celebrating Excellence in Development — ULI Northern New Jersey
Protection Technologies supported the ULI Northern New Jersey Excellence Awards Gala as Gold Sponsor and Raffle Sponsor — and watched Avalon Princeton at Harrison, a project we contributed to, take the award for Public/Private Partnerships.
Great development doesn’t just shape buildings — it shapes communities. Our President & CEO, Mike Singer, and our team had the opportunity to attend the ULI Northern New Jersey Excellence Awards Gala. 🏙️
Hosted by the Urban Land Institute – Northern New Jersey, the event highlights outstanding projects and leaders shaping the future of real estate and development across the region. From innovative design to community impact, the awards showcase the very best in the industry.
We were proud to support the event as both a Gold Sponsor and Raffle Sponsor — and even more so to see Avalon Princeton at Harrison, a project we contributed to, recognized with the award for Public/Private Partnerships.
Events like this offer a valuable behind-the-scenes perspective on the projects transforming our communities and reinforce the importance of collaboration, innovation and thoughtful growth. Thank you to the ULI Committee for organizing such an incredible evening. 🌟
